We're thrilled to introduce you to our new Speciality Selection Pack, a fantastic range of five 200g packs!>
So, what makes a coffee speciality?
Speciality coffee is a coffee that has been rated above 80 by SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe). These coffees are normally grown at a higher altitude and are carefully picked and prepared at origin.
They always have very delicate and unique roast profiles meaning that we can enhance all of the beautiful and interesting flavours that they have to offer.
Most of our speciality coffees have been rated between 86-89 by SCAE (we even have a couple of 90's)
We've picked some of our favourites for the selection packs:
Ecuador La Perla - Beautiful fragrance of praline, caramel and milk chocolate, gliding to a delicate salted caramel and deep chocolate syrup. A truly luxurious everyday cup.
Kenya Kagumo-ini Peaberry - A truly delicious coffee, opening with luxurious notes of peach and nectarine, moving to a beautiful sweet cane sugar body, swiftly gliding to finish with a fruity Ribena aftertaste. A new roastery favourite!
Nicaragua Cerro de Jesus - Full of clove like spiciness and orange peel aroma. Mellowing into a delicious hazelnut and muscovado flavour, with a buttery lingering chocolate after-taste
Rwandan Muhura - A beautiful, rare, natural coffee with bursts of Skittles, blueberries and juniper.
Papua New Guinea Kunjin - An exciting flavour burst of damsons, cola cubes with delicious apple acidity.
Choose whole bean or the grind of your choice.
Seasonal changes may result in selection pack coffees changing without notice. We endeavour to replace any out of stock coffee with the closest match we have.
