Single origin coffee is usually blended to provide a profile that is better than it's individual component parts with the aim of delivering a more balanced, rounded and flavoursome cup. Coffee blends are also ideal for café or catering environments as they provide better consistency between cups (or crops!). Great single origin coffees can stand up on their own and have no need to be blended but this quality normally comes at a price! At home coffee drinkers should consider stocking a few of their favourite blends for everyday drinking and to suit there particular tastes. Our espresso blends are carefully blended after roasting, to ensure a perfect balance and cup!
